What’s new:

• Preparing to go home: Passed my car seat test, went on a unit walk and two garden walks in my stroller, survived trach changes by mommy and daddy, spent alot of time being cared for by mommy and daddy during the 24 hour stay over studies, transitioned to my very own Astral vent I will be going home on
• New helmet as of 9/5. The party dinosaur helmet didn’t work out they well and left my head with lots of irritation since it kept sliding all over the place. This new space helmet is put on and secured differently to hopefully better accomdate my constant laying down 🤞🏻
  
• Physical therapy: getting more flexible – I can reach for both my feet while laying down. I can sit on my own with the help of the boppy. I’m trying to roll but this crib mattress is not allowing me to! I’ve been fitted for my early intervention wheelchair stroller. Sweet ride. 
• Speech therapy: new tastings include strawberries, chocolate ice cream, orange slices, banana/pear/green bean/sweet potato Gerber puree, broccoli puree, chicken noodle soup puree, chicken breast, strawberry yogurt puff
  
• Current pearly whites count: 6 teeth (2 front bottom and 4 top teeth) 
  
• Diet time: Breast milk amount decreased a little bit but water and amino acid protein powder increased. Gotta work on that length rather than the horizontal chubs. Feeds are now over an hour every 3 hours during the day…trying to figure out the increased vomiting 🙁 
• New things: shaking my head left and right aggressively when getting sleepy, met two dogs and petted one of them, grabbing more things especially people’s hands when they are caring for me, making a lot of new squealing noises with my voice
