Grounding my feet in the sand

So I’ve seen a lot of beaches since I escaped the hospital but today I was challenged to touch the sand with my very own feet. It kinda freaked me out! 😱

Boy did they bundle me up, I can barely move my arms!
This esplanade goes on forever! Even daddy needs a break sitting on that bench behind me.

My grandparents believe that I need to ground more with the natural earth via grass, sand, mud etc Maybe it will help me to sleep better 😅
